SUSIE - MARYLEBONEI was first introduced to Stuart and Mathew back in 2005 when I decided to sell my family home in the West End. We instantly clicked. They quickly appreciated this was a big move for me, and approached the sale with professionalism and attentiveness.
Stuart found a buyer for the house within a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it all happened, but this meant I had to move equally quickly to find something to buy myself. I was quite specific about the location, and even gave Stuart the streets on my wishlist to make the job even harder! On top of this already challenging brief, I wanted some outside space, a difficult task in central London. Stuart then sent me a shortlist of potential apartments the next day.

Low and behold, after a few days of viewings I found the perfect apartment in the heart of Marylebone Village, with a beautiful roof terrace. I made an offer that was accepted, and Stuart managed the legal process for both the sale and purchase smoothly. He even helped me suspend the parking bay outside the apartment to help with the removals.
After a few years in Marylebone Village I decided that I wanted to escape to the country and appointed Stuart to act for me. Although the property market had seen a dip during the time I had owned the apartment, Stuart still managed to secure a buyer and I made a tidy profit.
More recently, Mathew has helped me sell an investment property close to Connaught Village. What could have been a very complicated sale due to the upcoming refurbishment works was quickly resolved as he had plenty of experience and knowledge of resolving similar scenarios.
