Nina & Paul - MarylebonePrior to instructing Story of Home, we were already on the market with a large corporate global agent. There was some initial interest, but we got the feeling that after the first few weeks, we were no longer a priority.
Then one evening at a dinner party a friend suggested we should speak to Story of Home. Mathew had previously sold a property for them, and they were extremely happy with the service and outcome.
We arranged a meeting and from the first moment we could sense Mathew and Stuart’s enthusiasm.
We instructed Story of Home alongside our original agent. Within six weeks Story of Home secured a buyer close to our original asking price.

What really distinguished them was the level of commitment: the original buyer pulled out – due to personal reasons – just before we were meant to exchange. We had already put an offer in on another property. We were disheartened.

A sale was agreed to a cash buyer who exchanged contracts in a couple of weeks, with virtually no disruption to our plans.
