“I was looking for a location that was quiet but also close to all the action of the West End. The Townhouse is perfect as it is located at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The apartment has a private entrance which is great for privacy but also a second entrance through the portered building, 105 Hallam Street, so it is very secure.
The apartment has been fully redesigned by award winning architect ‘New York Design Co’. New plumbing and electrics were fitted, the kitchen replaced and bathroom fitted with Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware.

Being so close to Marylebone High Street is great for shopping and eating out. Fitzrovia is also a great spot for restaurants, Ottolenghi’s Rovi on Wells Street is a personal favourite, as is Guy Richie’s pub, The Lore of the Lare located just off Fitzroy Square. My favourite thing about The Townhouse is how close it is to Regents Park. Within a few minutes I can be walking around the famous boating lake.
Transport links are excellent with Oxford Circus, Regents Park and Great Portland Street Underground Stations all within a few minutes walk.”
