“After several weeks of intense searching, we stumbled across Sunlight Square. Once a busy East End factory producing laundry soap, it is now a gated residential community.

We love the volume of the rooms, and the amount of natural light that floods in to the space. The property has huge window ledges, which are perfect for plants. The home is warm in winter and cool in summer, during spring the cherry blossom outside our window is beautiful. Very few properties we viewed were configured so well, ensuring all spaces are completely functional whilst remaining open and spacious.

We redecorated the whole apartment and fitted bespoke wardrobes. The bathroom is incredibly spacious with a fantastic shower. The glass bricks in the bathroom also create an interesting feature, offering great light diffusion for a relaxing evening shower.

The Square’s fantastic concierge (George) manages the development meticulously and is a fountain of knowledge, we highly recommend getting to know him.

You will never be bored living in this area, no matter the season. Victoria Park and all its beauty is less than a 10-minute walk along Regents Canal. The area is home to a myriad of incredible restaurants and bars – some of our favourites include Bistrotheque for the perfect dinner date and Coupette for a world-famous Champagne Pina Colada.

Living in Sunlight Square allows for complete flexibility. It is secure and pristinely kept with a fantastic sense of community. You are within walking distance of both Bethnal Green Tube and Overground Stations, Shoreditch and the City, as well as, the vast green spaces of Victoria Park, London Fields and Hackney Marshes.

We will miss the lovely neighbours and sense of community in Sunlight Square – something that unfortunately, cannot come with us.”
