Story of the Home
"The first thing that stood out for me was the location, the apartment is very close to hustle and bustle of The Broadway which has all types of shops, restaurants, and café’s within 5 minutes walk.
The apartment itself is well laid out, with a large kitchen and bathroom. The main room is practical, and the windows overlook the landscaped gardens. What really stood out compared to other properties that I considered was the amount of natural light in the main room and the allocated parking space which is a real bonus.
Wimbledon is a superb area to live, there are so many great places to visit within a few minutes’ walk, so you can always find fun things to explore and do, I recommend a stroll to Wimbledon Village, which is a perfect location to relax and meet up with friends for lunch or dinner.
What I love most about Wimbledon is the green open spaces and parks. Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park are perfect for an Sunday afternoon stroll, or my favourite spot is Morden Hall Park which is a real sanctuary.
The development is very well-run and has a nice community feel. The 999 year leases and share of freehold means that everyone has a vested interest in keeping things well run and cost effective.
There are great transport links into London, either via the District Line and a Fast Train link into Waterloo if you are in a hurry."
