The apartment is on the ground floor of a converted Victorian house, there are two bedrooms both good sized double’s, a bathroom, kitchen, and reception room with large windows opening onto a private garden.

The home has always been a great place to gather and entertain, we have had many a dinner parties and celebrations here, and of course in Summer months the garden is perfect for BBQ’s and long evenings outside.

I have renovated the whole apartment over the last few years; there is new kitchen, new bathroom, new radiators, and flooring. I ensured the period features were retained and enhanced, the ceiling height at approximately 3.35 metres and is very impressive.

There is great storage throughout the home, I had handmade birch wardrobes built in the principal bedroom, there is also a cellar for those bulky items. All the windows have been replaced with wooden sash double glazing.

The garden was professionally designed and is one of my favourite spaces, it gets the morning sun and is in the shade at the hottest hours of the day.

The garden itself is low maintenance and easy to manage. I prefer sitting in the garden over working in the garden. Fordwych Road is a great spot to be, just around the corner is Mill Lane with a very good wine shop, a post office, supermarket and independent restaurants.

Within 10 minutes you can be in West Hampstead offering a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, bars and a great Farmers Market. If you like walking, Hampstead Heath is only 30 minutes by foot and a good destination to get some fresh air.

Fordwych Road is ideal for public transport, West Hampstead and Kilburn station are about 10 minutes’ walk; giving access to the Jubilee Line, the Overground and Thameslink trains.
