The layout flows nicely, with the bathroom sitting between the good sized bedroom and reception room. There is a separate kitchen and dining area with enough space to fit a four seat dining table, quite unusual for a one-bedroom apartment and perfect for entertaining.

My favourite feature is the private west facing terrace, which is accessed through new Crittall doors, a great place to unwind on a summers evening.

The local area has a real buzz to it, Camden High Street is a few minutes’ walk, with plenty of café’s, restaurants and of course the world-famous Camden Market. Of course Regents Park is just at the end of the street.

Primrose Hill is just a short ten minutes stroll, there are lots of options for dining out, Greenberry is a great spot for brunch and The Engineer is a locals favourite for Sunday lunch.

Travelling around the city is easy, with the Northern Line at Camden Underground Station close by.”
