Story of the Home
The apartment is located on the ground floor of an attractive townhouse on Delancey Street and has been refurbished to an excellent standard.
The layout flows nicely, with the bathroom sitting between the good sized bedroom and reception room. There is a separate kitchen and dining area with enough space to fit a four seat dining table, quite unusual for a one-bedroom apartment and perfect for entertaining.
My favourite feature is the private west facing terrace, which is accessed through new Crittall doors, a great place to unwind on a summers evening.
The local area has a real buzz to it, Camden High Street is a few minutes’ walk, with plenty of café’s, restaurants and of course the world-famous Camden Market. Of course Regents Park is just at the end of the street.
Primrose Hill is just a short ten minutes stroll, there are lots of options for dining out, Greenberry is a great spot for brunch and The Engineer is a locals favourite for Sunday lunch.
Travelling around the city is easy, with the Northern Line at Camden Underground Station close by.”
“The best feature has to be the private west facing patio, which is accessed through new Crittall style doors, a great place to unwind on a summers evening.”
