“Warrington Crescent must be one of the prettiest streets in Little Venice. Tree lined and wider than average, all the properties are large stucco fronted and very inviting. We were looking for an address that was unmistakeably Little Venice. Warrington Crescent is just that.
We fully refurbished the apartment taking approximately seven months. It is on the raised ground floor of a converted house. The standout features are the is the beautiful full-length sash windows and the impressive ceiling height.
The principal bedroom is extremely bright and has a beautiful bay window with attractive shutters. We have a desk sitting in the window and it could be a great spot to work from home. The location in the heart of Little Venice is just perfect, there are so many café’s and restaurants within walking distance. Raoul’s Deli on Clifton Road is a local institution and you can’t miss Sunday Lunch at The Waterway on Formosa street.
Other than eateries there are some great amenities in the local area, Paddington Recreation Ground has tennis courts, outdoor gym facilities and a nice woodland area for walks. There is an Everyman Cinema on Sutherland Avenue and for amateur gardeners, Clifton Nurseries are located just off Clifton Villas. They also have a fantastic restaurant in a quirky green house which we highly recommend.
Commuting is very easy with Warwick Avenue, Maida Vale and Paddington Stations all within walking distance.”
